I think anyone who has spent any time in rural Canada can identify with at least some of the characters and situations in the show. If you haven’t seen it, do yourself a favor and watch a couple episodes.

Even to a non-Canadian, the show’s consistent stream of quality one-liners and exchanges walking the line between wit and absurdity have made it a very worthwhile watch. Hard not to appreaciates anything that
that hits the ground running like
this:

It’s so, so good. Haven’t finished it yet, but I’m more than halfway through the series.

I’ve seen some episodes from the older web series, and it’s great.

As a Midwestern, I freak ing love letterkenny. The Canadian tropes, and lingo are a bit different but surprisingly similar to the U.P-Northern Wi-Minnesota sterotypes. the humor an word play is hilarious . I’d give the show a 7/10 overall. only because I got bored before I finished all the episodes on Hulu.

I feel a kind of kinship with midwesterners. I have done a lot of claims in Minneapolis & St. Paul. (is that the midwest?)
Nice people.

Well you know, can’t really complain bud. But seriously, I used to play hockey with guys that sound like they could be on this show. Just some good old Ontario country boys.

I never knew this was the source material for the “That’s a hard no” meme. And this dialogue is so fast and wonderfully deadpan.
I'm sold.

I live pretty close to where these guys are from and it’s entirely accurate. I know a few guys who could slot into the show, no acting required.
I’ve been meaning to watch more of the series, perhaps I’ll get around to it now that I finally got internet installed at my house (ru ral Ontario problems).

I originate from rural AB. A lot of that resonated with me.

I have a few close friends from the north part of the U.P. (Up-upper peninsula?) They sound exactly like these gems. It was a fun 5 years living with them in college.

Listowel’s g one to shite since the Campbell’s plant closed. All they have now is a Yarn factory, and Letterkenny.
